The room was very spacious with a separate bedroom and living room. I had a comfortable stay. I could see a little bit of the ocean from the balcony.

The room itself was fine, but it was a connecting room. Because of this, I could hear everything from the neighbouring room. Unfortunately, the guests next door were a family with a young child who cried loudly all the time. The noise continued late into the night, making it an extremely unpleasant stay. The location is excellent, with a beach nearby, right in the heart of city, surrounded by many restaurants and souvenir shops. The staff is friendly and provides helpful guidance.

There is no thick enough wall to cut the noise down between the rooms, And most of furnitures and wall paint has chipped, peeled off , I won't recommend or will use this facility again, Thank you

They dont provide proper toiletries and facilities.. Internet was down many times. And i had to purchase a plug point outside as the hotel didnt provide a converter

Det var slitt og skittent. Vi kom til flekker på sengetøyet og generelt skittent rom. Det var vått og fuktig i hele hotellet som førte til mugg, råte enkelte plasser. Ser ikke ut som på bildene. Skulle har 4 netter her men måtte sjekke ut etter første. Det beste med oppholdet var å sjekke ut

The room TV only has 3 local channels and even then reception is poor. When first entered the room there was a funky smell. The shower area is not separated from the rest of the bathroom and drainage is a bit poor as water collects and pools behind the toilet seat. Room is quite spacious, reasonably well appointed and is good value. Maintenence could be better, I had to clean the aircon filters myself as they were completely clogged and affected cooling.

Needs improvement

Location is good with the beach across the road. Availability of hot and strong shower as well as aircond are good. Bed is comfortable too. But hotel needs refurbishment. Room condition, furniture , mirror, water boiler and mini chiller are old and worn out. Cleanliness needs to be improved as bed head panel, windows and table tops are oily/sticky and/or food/drink stains from previous guest stay.

Hôtel plutôt vieillot, moquette et tapis au sol assez vieillot aussi ! Des odeurs d'égouts à chaque utilisation de la douche. Sinon ils ont des bungalows près de la piscine qui ont l'air très neufs que nous ne savions pas leurs existences dommage ! Le personnel très sympa

Love langkawi.

The location was great. The hotel needs some work and some tlc. Our time on the 2 nd floor room was noisy. From street traffic which is out of their control. But we did have a problem with noise from the evening staff. It sounded like a bowling ball was being rolled across a concrete floor. It was the weirdest noise. We approached the night staff to complain. The noise stopped that night. But continued the next evening. The location was great. I try and stay positive on these reviews but this was unacceptable.

Loved the location but ....

Great location, the noise from the night staff below our room was unsettling. It started around 11pm and continued early in the morning. It sounded like a bowling ball rolling on a concrete floor. We are not sure what was going on but it happened every night of our stay on the second floor. Our final night we moved to the 5 th floor , that problem stopped. 5th floor room ac leaked on the carpet all night. This hotel was in a great location but it’s in need of some maintenance and some tlc. I try and stay positive on these post but it was just to big of an issue not to say anything.

Hotel basic service is terrible

The location is good but the room is just ok. The service is quite bad. They will not clean the room and change the towels till you complained three times. But after your complaint, you will find that your room lack any towels and the room is not clean well. You need to complain again and again to get the towels. We cannot take their bad attitude any more and change another hotel next day.

Location was great. Everything else was terrible . Small smelly dirty dark room . Sheets had stains on it . Shower was extremely high and terrible flow .Has no separate shower cubicle . Property rated 3 star but it is 2 star only . We had to go to a different hotel for 2 nights .
