For an IRONMAN it might be a choice

Sorry- it's just for IRONMAN participants + perfect location, between the Langkawi airport and MIEC. No need for taxi. + friendly hotel staff + very large room, more than enough for bike setup ? No hotel restaurant/bar, the airport is the nearest commercial facilities (3 min walk) ? Poor bathroom facilities and maintenance. Need to call up housekeeping many times. ? Poor internet access No hotel is perfect. My personal opinion - this hotel is close to the perfect to IRONMAN Malaysia participants.

Not upto the mark.

Big Hotel but not maintained properly. Breakfast is worst. Worst food quality and hygiene. Serve cold food. Flies sit on the food. No wifi in the room. Swimming pool water not clean. No Hot water in tub bath.

Run Down hotel

Stay at this hotel during last school holiday. The hotel condition has become worse. The hotel has no air condition at all common area & the swimming pool was also dirty. The room is clean but the condition is abit old. The room centralized air cond is not working & the only aircond available is a small independent unit. Hotel roof is also have lots,of water leakage and it looks like it needs a major renovation. Will not recommended to others unless they go through a major transformation.

깨끗하고 저렴한 호텔

디럭스 스위트룸을 사용했는데 가격대비 대만족했습니다. 공항옆이라 이용에 편리하지만 바닷가는 차로 가야합니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 호텔방은 크고 깨끗했고 전망은 랑카위 케이블카가 올라가는 산이 보입니다. 방은 443호입니다. 아침은 말레이 뷔페식인데 보통이고 한국분들은 실망할 수 있습니다. 저희방은 인터넷이 고장나서 되지않았고 인터넷이 되는 방으로 바꾸어준다고 했는데 방이 저희 방보다 좋지않아서 바꾸지않았습니다. 인터넷을 사용할때는 로비를 사용했는데 모기가 너무 많아 아들이 50분동안 37마리의 모기를 잡았습니다. 둘째날부터는 로비에 갈때는 모기스프레이를 가지고 다녔습니다. 라마단기간이라 손님이 거의 없어서 방과 식당을 제외하고는 에어컨을 켜지 않아 전체적으로 더웠습니다. 수영장은 물이 더러워서 사용할 수 없고 약 500M거리 바닷가에 자매 호텔 센추리 랑카수카호텔이 있어서 수영장과 비치를 이용할 수 있습니다. 저희는 이용하지 않았습니다. 단점도 있지만 가격대비 장소와 시설을 볼때 장점이 많기때문에 저희 가족은 이번까지 2번을 이용했고 가족 모두 대만족했습니다. 저와 아내 그리고 16살 딸과 14살 아들 모두 대만족했습니다. 여행을 하고난후 가족들이 넓은 방에서 쉬면서 보냈습니다. 장점으로는 공항입구에서 100m 거리이고 넓고 깨끗한방과 전망이 좋았고 직원들이 친절했습니다. 저희가 사용했던 방은 디럭스 스위트룸 443호입니다. 공항옆이기때문에 방마다 차이가 있을 수 있습니다. 그리고 바닷가에서 즐기고 싶은분들에게는 추천하지 않고 체낭비치와는 차로 10-15분 거리이고 이 호텔을 이용할려면 차를 렌트하거나 택시를 이용해야만 합니다. 가족들과 저렴하게 여행할 분들에게 추천합니다.

친절한 매니저와 직원들 만족

장기여행으로 8일간 머물렀는데 공항 바로 옆이라 좋았고 렌트를해 랑카위를 여행했기에 크게 불편함이 없었습니다 시설이 좀 오래되긴 했지만 랑카위에있는 여러 센츄리 호텔 리조트 계열이라 규모가 있는편이고 관리를 하는듯합니다 친절한 매니저와 직원들에 정이 들었어요 아침은 보통먹을만하구요 수영장도 놀기에는 괜찮아요 객실이 좁아 짐 놓을곳도 없는데가 많은데 객실이 넓고 창문도 크고 킹사이즈 두개 침실에 아이들과 잘 지냈어요 가격대비 만족합니다

Old Big hotel near Airport

We booked two room set for night stay only as our flight was reaching at 1030 PM, this hotel is just adjacent to the Airport so its solves the purpose. The hotel seems to be an old hotel, the lobby was big without Air condition. The rooms was huge in size so big that AC took an hour to cool the smaller room. Otherwise Rooms was OK and Bathrooms was good. The breakfast was below average with limited variety. The great thing was the reception staff who helped me in all terms.

Nice hotel, walking distance to airport

It was a wonderful experience. I would really go back to Langkawi because of this hotel & of course snorkeling at Pulau Payar. Breakfast menu were simple but the nasi lemak was very tasty with spicy and sweet sambal.

Did not stay here as hotel was closed for refurbishment.Hotels.com should of informed us of any changes to our bookings.we where relocated to another hotel.just glad arrived during day light hours could have been worse if arriving late at night.was travelling with family and kids.very unacceptable

Helang Airporthotel geschlossen..............

.....dafür gibt´s jetzt das Century Helang, nahe dem Flughafen. Mit Taxi 3 min., 12 MR, - ca. € 3,00 Essen traumhaft, Frühstücksbuffet üppig wie ein Abendbuffet, super. Pool ist riesengroß, liegt jedoch zur Gänze in der prallen Sonne. Liegen m. Schirm und Handtuch steht gratis zur Verfügung. Gutes Service, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereits Personal. Ein Minus gibt´s halt wie überall in Asien: die Sauberkeit, vor allem in den Badezimmern. Schimmelflecken mehr oder weniger gibt es in jedem Hotel, mal mehr, mal weniger. Helang-Hotel war nicht so schlimm, aber es ließe sich putzen - Essig, Schimmel-Ex usw. usf. Verstärkerter Schimmel ist meist in den Erdgeschosszimmern, daher schaue ich immer, ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken zu bekommen. Hotel würde ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Vorher buchen kostet weniger als die Hälfte!!!!!!! 400,-- RM ohne Buchung, mit vorher buchen 120,-- RM.

Closed for Upgrading

There was no information on the hotel being closed for upgrading. We had to wait for the shuttle service to send us to the Sister hotel - Century Langkasuka Resort. The check-in was smooth and the staff very helpful. However, the rooms were filled with mosquitoes. Even the restaurant for breakfast had many houseflies.

Yet another mess up by Expedia!

Booked an airport hotel within walking distance to terminal and local restaurants only to find on arrival the hotel was closed and I was shipped off to a beach resort with NOTHING adjacent to it except a beach and a single VERY mediocre food outlet. Come on Expedia you need to get up to date on what you are offering!

朝　日の出と同時にホテルそばのビーチに行きました 歩いて20分位なので気温が上がる前に行って1時間程遊びました 夕日を見に行くのなら暑いのでタクシーをお勧めします

Nice hotel but far from everything

Very empty hotel and most times and theres nothing to do around the hotel. We took a flight från Langkawi to KL so it was nice that it was only a 5 min walk. Live close to cenang beach if you want to see and do stuff. Nice breakfast, very big Room, clean, wifi ok, ac good, nice big pool!

Only stay here if you're in transit to Lipe. 5 mins walk to the airport, 20 mins taxi to Teleaga Harbour.

Apenas para conexão ( proximidade do aeroporto)

Esse hotel é um pouco antigo, os corredores cheiravam a cigarro e parecia estar "abandonado"... possui mais de 200 quartos com certeza e não vimos nenhum hospede durante a nossa rápida estadia de 8 horas no mesmo. O hotel não tinha wi-fi no quarto. Na verdade reservei esse hotel apenas para passar a noite pois chegamos as 18:30 de uma viagem de barco a partir de Koh Lipe nosso vôo de Langkawi até Singapura era muito cedo na manhã seguinte. Para ter noção de quão perto ele é do aeroporto mesmo com malas fomos a pé, então de certa forma o hotel serviu ao seu propósito. O quarto apesar de antigo era limpo, e o chuveiro era bom, e a proximidade do aeroporto muito boa. não recomendo o hotel se for ficar mais que uma noite para essa "ponte" ate o aeroporto, caso contrario... ele serve ao propósito sem pboblemas

Nice hotel near to the airport

We liked the closeness of the hotel to the airport without any noise pollution (we can't hear any aircraft even though we are just next to the airport. The room was spacious but the air conditioning was not cold enough and the water pressure at the shower was quite weak although it was strong at the bathtub. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and it was good. The downside of it is the small ants.

Nice hotel near to airport

The family room is spacious and great for families.very convenient as the airport is just next to hotel but you need to rent a car to get around as there is nothing around the hotel.we went out everyday for island hopping and other activities and only came back to sleep.the swimming pool and its surrounding area is not well maintained and hope this can be improved.staffs are helpful though.we spent another 2 nights at Aseana which is located in more happening location.overall experience was good and we will come back!
