"Although we would have preferred undercover parking because of the snow the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful in assisting us to clean the snow from our car when we were leaving. We can recommend the Vietnamese restaurant in walking distance from the hotel as is the centre of the city"

"Good hotel for what you need if you are visiting Europa-Park. The buffet breakfast is ok, but located in the Babylon Spa hotel, a short walk away. Room was clean but ok comfy wise. Did the job "

"The hotel was in a perfect location for us, close enough to the train station but also close enough to the historic centre. Having breakfast included was definitely nice to start our day and there was a good selection. My only concern was there was no hand sanitizer in the breakfast area and on multiple days I witnessed several people coughing, sneezing and blowing their noses and then going up to get food or use the coffee machine. "
