The hotel was perfectly fine for the price—no problems at all. The staff were wonderful, especially the very kind gentleman working on Monday morning. My only issue is the location; it’s pretty secluded, and getting to and from Europa-Park was inconvenient. The breakfast was nothing special but totally acceptable. Overall, a good stay for what you pay, but I’d personally prefer to stay somewhere closer to the park next time.

Nice place to lay your head for the night after going to Europa Park. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Easy check in, and they have eliminated check out, simply leave before check out time. Parking comes at a small cost, and is very congested that is the only draw back. Your near several gas stations and a restaurant, and city of Rusk proper is less than a 10 minute drive.

Great location and price

Basic hotel. Do it yourself for the most part. Good location from Europark. Has all the necessities. The price was great for the location.

Fairly clean and modern accommodation. Unfortunately we stayed in a room with a door linked to another room, with very poor sound insulation. As a result we could not sleep due to noise made by our neighbours.

Could have clean and replaced the towels

Nice hotel but did not clean room replace towels tidy beds etc and we were there two nights. Told to leave towels on the floor to be replaced and we came back after our second night to find wet towels on floor as not replaced

Bei Ankunft war zwar das Bett frisch bezogen und frische HandtĂŒcher waren da, allerdings wurde das Zimmer offensichtlich nicht mal gesaugt oder geputzt/abgestaubt worden. Das Bad war nicht geputzt und es roch im Zimmer und Badezimmer unangenehm. Rezeption gab uns die Auskunft, dass ein anderes Zimmer nicht verfĂŒgbar sei. FrĂŒhstĂŒck war zwar sehr minimal, aber ausreichend (Brötchen, etwas Wurst und KĂ€se, Marmelade, MĂŒsli und Joghurt). Insgesamt kein angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir werden bei unserem nĂ€chsten Europapark Urlaub uns nach einem anderen Hotel umschauen.

Die Reinigung des Zimmers. Fremde Haare (Brusthaare, Körperhaare?) auf dem frisch gemachten Bett/ Leintuch, darf nicht sein. Ebenso die Spinnennetze an den WÀnden und Ecke des Zimmers sollte gereinigt werden!

Das Zimmer war ausreichend fĂŒr zwei NĂ€chte. Sehr sauber und modern gehalten. Einzig die Hellhörigkeit des GebĂ€udes hat gestört. Habe nachts den SchĂ€ferhund im Nebenzimmer aus dem Wassernapf schlĂŒrfen hören und die Besitzerin hatte Schnupfen ( Husten und Nase putzen in Dauerschleife) Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war gut, es gab alles was es braucht um satt zu werden, von allem ausreichend vorhanden ( sowohl morgens um 7 als auch um 9 Uhr). Es ist in der NĂ€he zum Europapark und deshalb fĂŒr diesen Zweck auch bestens geeignet. Freundliches und bemĂŒhtes Personal. FĂŒr den nĂ€chsten Europapark Aufenthalt wird dieses Hotel von uns wieder besucht

FĂŒr ein Kurzaufenthalt gut und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. Wir haben gut geschlafen und es war alles da was nötig. Leider war das Bad nicht wirklich sauber, Dusche und Toilette haben gerochen, im Zimmer waren Haare und Staub zu finden. Schade, denn das Hotel ist eigentlich schick und modern und man könnte sich wohlfĂŒhlen, wenn da nicht der unnötige Punkt mit der mangelnden Sauberkeit auf dem Zimmer wĂ€re.

Leider bisher das schlechteste Hotel in der Umgebung, welches wir in der Umgebung hatten. Die Zimmer sind super hellhörig. Bis spĂ€t in der Nacht (halb 2!!) konnte man seine Zimmernachbarn hören. Die FrĂŒhstĂŒcksauswahl ist sehr begrenzt, fĂŒr Kinder ist kaum was dabei. Wir waren um halb 10 beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck, es wurde kaum noch was vernĂŒnftig aufgefĂŒllt. Das einzig positive waren fĂŒr uns die ausreichenden ParkplĂ€tze vor der TĂŒr.
