"Walkable to everything you want to see in Copenhagen. The location was centrally located. Easy check-in and out. The set temperature in the lounge during winter was way too hot for my liking."

The only suggestion I have is to supply better towels and washcloths. The towels and hand towels were rough and we did not receive washcloths. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
