"예약 후 방문했음에도 불구하고 예약 확인이 안되어 30분 정도 기다릴수 밖에 없었고... 빌라에 도착했는데 청소중이라 바닥에는 물기가 그대로 있었으며 10분 넘게 또 기다릴수 밖에 없었습니다. 그리고 에어컨 내부 청결상태가 불량했고 침대 및 이불은 사용하기 싫을 정도였습니다. 좋은 위치, 풍경, 가격대의 고품질 빌라로써 개선을 했으면 좋겠네요"

"Nous avons payé 25e/nuit pour la chambre double. Le point le plus positif est le personnel qui est vraiment très gentil et accueillant. Cependant, il n’y avait personne pour s’occuper de nos bagages, nous avons nous-mêmes pris le chariot pour les descendre de la voiture (notre chauffeur nous a donné un coup de main aussi). "Do not stay here! The young man at the front desk tried very hard to be helpful but the “boss” refused. The hotel did not book the airport shuttle as promised. The room was blistering hot and when I asked for a simple sheet to sleep under instead of a heavy duvet, the manager refused. The water in the shower never got hot at night but was ok the next morning. The whole area is dirty and sketchy. Grab doesn’t even deliver food here and there is almost nothing close to walk to and eat. I stayed here to be close to the airport but next time I am in Hanoi, I will stay at a real hotel and ride ten minutes longer to the airport. My whole trip to Vietnam for two weeks was so perfect except for this sketchy “hotel”. Zero stars!"

"Very convenient it is inside the airport and the staff is very helpful and very nice it is a pod hotel so there is no toilet in the unit however the walk to the toilet only 1 minute so it's ok we used it for the second year in a row and still happy with it especially the location oh yes there is a front desk 24 hours so if you check in late it's still ok we did check in both years at 1 am"

"I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and outrage regarding a recent hotel stay booked through platform . The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, severely impacting my travel and well-being, and reflects an unacceptable standard of service from both the property and, regrettably, from Expedia's customer support.Upon my arrival, the pervasive lack of cleanliness was immediately apparent and deeply concerning. The room, particularly the floor, was visibly dirty, and to my horror, I discovered bed bugs in the mattress, resulting in multiple painful bites. This constitutes a serious health and hygiene violation that made the accommodation uninhabitable. My repeated attempts to secure basic amenities, such as an iron and additional bedding, from the hotel staff were met with no response, further highlighting the property's dereliction of duty. Communication was also significantly hampered by a language barrier with on-site personnel, making it impossible to address these critical issues effectively. By the second day, the conditions had become so intolerable that I felt compelled to reach out to Expedia's customer service, desperately seeking a transfer to an alternative, habitable hotel. While the representative attempted to contact the property manager, I was informed that the manager was unavailable. The only advice provided was for me to independently secure alternative accommodation, with no guarantee of a refund for the remaining nights"
