About this property

Comfortable apartment with 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony (110 m²), downtown

  • For several years now, I have been offering my hospitality to travellers from all over the world. This holiday rental is located on the 1st floor of my apartment building. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. In addition, the open-concept kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a refrigerator with a built-in freezer, a coffee maker, and a kettle. A microwave, dishes, and a dishwasher are also provided. The bathroom has a toilet and a bathtub. I provide towels for your use. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a TV. The living room features two sofas, a sleeper sofa, and a TV with access to various channels. As an extra, I’m also happy to provide you with a DVD player.

    The town of Landstuhl is located in the heart of the Western Palatinate and, with its numerous cycling and hiking trails perfect for relaxation, also offers great historical sights. The local recreational areas of the Palatinate Forest, the Vorderpfalz, and the German Wine Route, as well as the university city of Kaiserslautern ("K-Town"), Saarbrücken, and Mainz, are quick and easy to reach thanks to the central public transport connections. For a shopping trip, I highly recommend the mall in Kaiserslautern and the Europagalerie in Saarbrücken.

Antique heaven

Really nice apartment in the heart of old town. Very comfortable everything. Well stocked kitchen. It was 20 Grad. in the house. If you come in the summer a couple of nice fans are provided. Many unique furnishings in the apartment. Three large rooms.

The apartment has great German feel/vibe and ambiance. The kitchen is equipped with everything. From cutlery to pots and pans. There is a washer/dryer in the property. It even comes with basic food seasoning. The balcony is huge and overlooks the courtyard and mountain. Great location!! Last but not least, the Landlord was friendly, approachable and made my boys (2) feel welcome! We stayed there 12 nights and absolutely enjoyed it!
