"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping everything spotless throughout my stay, and to the reception staff for their friendly and efficient service. I also want to appreciate the valet team for always being quick, courteous, and helpful — they made coming and going incredibly smooth. A special shout-out to Abbas, Saifullah, and Willila for their outstanding assistance. I had an issue with the washer/dryer, and they responded immediately and fixed it right away with professionalism and a great attitude. Their prompt support truly made my stay more comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfort, and a team that really cares about its guests. I’ll definitely be returning!"

"Perfect Luxury hotel only 5 minutes from the Al Sadd, Metro with easy access to Hamad International Airport via Gold Line to Msnereib then Red line to the airport in less than 45 min’s."

"The room was lovely and clean, the staff were all amazing, very helpful, attentive and all spoke excellent English which was really good as we only know a little Arabic. The facilities were great and we loved the beach & bar. Did get very busy at the weekends so we didn't manage to get a beach lounger but lots around the pool and surrounding areas. The Belgium Cafe was also packed out at the weekend and we hadnt booked a table so had to sit inside which wasn't quite the same. Ate at some of the restaurants which were all really good. Was disappointed with the seafood brunch as it was quite expensive and didn't include alcoholic drinks which most other brunches do for that price. We did ask if there were drinks packages available when we checked in but was told no they didn't offer them so drinks did cost extra. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the metro which is also great for getting around the town. All in all we would definitely go again as we really enjoyed it. "
