"It was a great room, the cleaners made our bed and changed towels everyday that we were there, they always said good Morand stopped to chat for a minute. The waitresses were great with their service . The only thing I could suggest would be that there should be two people at front desk, we waited at least five minutes for our person admitting us to get off of the phone with a customer, she apologized and was sincere about it and the next day the same thing happened to another couple trying to check in. The ladies were very polite and friendly about it. So overall a 95% for our stay"

"Everything was perfect, including host Jean. I’ve stayed all over western Canada in rentals and Jean’s was my favourite by far. The part that mattered most to me was the quiet. Staying in a basement suite is usually a noisy situation. I hardly heard a sound. Would definitely stay here again"

"Communication was always there. Place was clean and had everything I needed. I even hosted a Christmas dinner at the said property and fit every one I invited. The wifi did sometimes shut off on the tv meaning I had to keep reloading the movies I was watching. "

The original post didn’t outline the basement beds were cots, that would have been helpful to know. Pillows for cots were not provided. "The house location was great & allowed us quick access to our favourite spots. Parking choices were good. The beds, linens & appliances were great. We did not get to use the hot tub as often as we would have liked, but it was very much appreciated. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to our inquiries.Due to my accessibility restrictions, I had to crawl upstairs using my hands & knees to access the Masters suite. The carpet felt very dirty to touch.The blue sofa-bed/couch located in the living room had no support & was so uncomfortable that i had back pain after sitting there for a short period."

"Such a great place especially if you are trying to accommodate lots of people, there are 4 rooms but lots of extra sleeping arrangements available if someone were to need! We stayed for one night super easy check in, and check out. Hosts were great communicating at check in as well as anytime we needed to get a hold of them! "
