"It was perfect for me as I had my little fur baby with me and there was a fenced back garden and front verandah area. Had everything I needed - tidy little kitchen and little bathroom. Heat/air con in all places I needed and plenty of room to relax in and comfy bed to sleep. Close to beaches and plenty of them allowed dogs to run. Great doggie cafe too!!Some features were a little older and may be compact with lots of people - but that didn't affect me and what I needed, hence my good review.I would go back - even take another person!!"

Yes it has a BBQ , however even a simple little gas camp double burner would be a simple, quick fixOtherwise a great option for your next seaside visit. Management was very helpful and prompt with response. Recommended."

"We had a lovely stay in Lancelin. The location is excellent, facing the sea with beautiful sunset views, and just a short walk from the sand dunes.The kitchen was adequately equipped, though some of the older cooking pans could be replaced. It would also be helpful to provide basic cooking essentials such as salt, sugar, and cooking oil.The upstairs air conditioner was not working during our stay, but the two heaters provided kept the house comfortable. A hair dryer and washer/dryer would also be useful additions.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property."

"All round was a nice holiday home good for the family awesome yard and spacious outdoor area just missing a tv for the outside entertainment area to watch footy haha. All round great play to stay."

"House is big enough for 12 people,not kids friendly below age 6 fence is broken on the side of the property good in cold weather coz rooms doesnt have heater or aircon..price is reasonable."

The kitchen was well equipped but on arrival a little coffee and some milk would have been lovely. There were ample tea bags though. As the shops are easily accessible we quickly got coffee and milk to start our stay. "
