White Lake Waterfront Four Season Home

Welcome to our heavenly haven on beautiful White Lake in the heart of the Ottawa Valley. With 5 bedrooms there is plenty of sleeping room for extended families. Our waterfront home is perfectly located for year round activities. You can fish, swim or boat directly from our dock in the summer. We are near crown land for hunting, and in the winter, you can ice fish, snowmobile or cross-country ski on the lake, and snowshoe trails start right across the road. We are 20 minutes from Pakenham Ski Hill and Pakenham golf course, and 30 minutes from Calabogie Ski Hill and Calabogie golf course. For cross-country skiing, we are centrally located 30 minutes to the Madawaska X-country ski trails or 30 minutes to Fitzroy Harbour provincial park X-country ski trails. We are a 5 minute walk from Cedar Cove resort’s Lakeside Grill restaurant and small store where you can pick up any essentials you may have forgotten.

Another great weekend here! Everything is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped and because of the great weather we were able to enjoy fishing off the dock, bbqing on the patio and the fire pit. Our hostess was very accessible both before we anrrived and during our stay. We will definitely rebook for next year!

Wonderful place and very accommodating host

The place is so cozy. Beautiful view from the rooms and the living room. We had been coming to the same cottage for the past 3 years and had never been disappointed. We will definitely come back again next year

Excellent Stay Once Again!

Thank you for another excellent stay this past weekend. We had a great time paddling, playing in the yard, sitting on the dock, and exploring the area. Beautiful nights for bonfires and lots of room for everyone. Comfy beds and great kitchen and eating area for large groups. Thank you!!

Amazing stay

It’s the second time for us staying at this beautiful cottage, last time was 3 years ago, almost nothing has changed, still able to find the same little fun mugs and dvds like last time. This time we brought new friends and their family as their first cottage trip and they absolutely loved it. Very roomie and very well kept and clean, will come back again!!

Cottage weekend

Hi Liz We had a great time at your house on McAllister lane. The weather was perfect for lounging on the dock and bbqing, and we had a bonfire one evening. It is a beautiful property and the house itself was very clean and well stocked. We also enjoyed a couple of the movies provided. Lovely time

Another great time on White Lake! Our ladies' get-together was a success- lots of room for everyone and with an open concept kitchen, dining and living room area, it made socializing easy and fun! Lots of private space outside too. We enjoyed lounging on the dock and in the lawn chairs under the trees, used the kayaks to explore the marshes and shoreline, and on the last night lit a campfire. A great place to see the stars and to enjoy the dawn chorus! We hope to be back again!

Great Family Weekend

Beautiful spot by the water, very relaxing and quiet. Cottage is well equiped with everything you could possibly need, bedding and linens where top notch.Large open concept perfect for a large group. Lots of games and activities available outside. Not many places provide firewood for an enjoyable camp fire. Host could not be anymore accomodating. Highly Recommended

Nice big cottage, be careful which route you take to get there in winter!

Cottage was lovely and very spacious. Water view was good from bedrooms but not so clear from living space. Kitchen and dining area had everything needed. Dining table was huge and nice. We had more sleeping space than needed (4 adults, 5 kids). I think it would be worth revisiting in summer! Do not take direct route from south in winter!! We tried and, about 30 mins down a very windy road, it suddenly stopped being plowed and we had to turn around. Overall, this was really nice. Host was very quick to respond and helpful.
