Durchschnittliches Hotel & Preis-Leistung

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhätlnis stimmt unserer Auffassung allerdings nicht. Von 4-Sterne Hotels im Raum Südtirol sind wir definitiv anderes gewohnt. Das bezieht sich im G.u.G. auf Ausstattung, Professionalität und das Essen (v.a. Frühstück). Wer ein teilmodernisiertes Hotel mag und den i.d. Jahre gekommenen Wellness- und Spabereich nichts ausmacht, für den sollte es passen. Hinsichtlich Personalmangel im Hotelgewerbe oder hoher Auslastung als Kommentar mancher Mitarbeiter kann ich nichts anfangen. Damit hat wohl jeder in dieser Branche zu kämpfen. Daher bitte entweder weniger Gäste empfangen oder mit dem Preis runter. Danke und Gruss

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è varia e buona. Da segnalare l'ottimo buffet della cena con grande varieta di insalate e anche pesce. Buona anche la cena. Le camere sono spaziose ma si vede che l'hotel ha qualche anno. Il materasso potrebbe essere migliore, era troppo morbido per i miei gusti. C'è una zona da poco rinnovata, credo sia il terzo piani, ma noi eravamo nella parte "vecchia". La zona benessere ha due belle saune, la piscina e un idromassaggio. Il bagnoturco invece era fuori uso.

Bei der Abreise hat es mit der Zahlung der Rechnung mit der einen Karte nicht geklappt, bei anderen Hotels war das nie ein Problem. Niemand hat gefragt ob wir einen schönen Aufenthalt hatten und es uns gefallen hat.

Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis

Das Hotel bietet viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten und Aktivitäten an. Wer es ruhig haben will legt sich in den Garten, der mit vielen Liegemöglichkeiten angelegt ist. Indoor Pool sowie Sauna und Dampfbad lassen auch mal einen Schlechtwettertag verzeihen. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.
