Private: garden 4'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 28.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: billiard table, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Room cleaning weekly (included). Motor access to the house (400 m via unmade road).
