About this property

Apartment with pool in Vinci hills

  • Nestled among vineyards and olive groves in the hills of Lamporecchio and Vinci, this apartment is part of an ancient farmhouse that has been recently renovated, harmoniously blending tradition and modern comforts. Its privileged location offers breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside.

The cozy interior opens onto a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals with local products. The two double bedrooms guarantee a comfortable night's sleep, while the two modern bathrooms complete the air-conditioned interior.

The shared garden is an oasis of relaxation, equipped with an outdoor dining area and a ping pong table. The real gem is the 6x12-meter shared swimming pool among the olive trees, where you can cool off on hot summer days.

A short distance away is the historic town of Vinci, birthplace of the brilliant Leonardo, and the famous Montecatini Terme with its healing waters. The area is perfect for exploring the real Tuscany, with wine tastings, nature walks, and cultural visits.
