"Just returned from a 7 night stay at Savoy view apartment The accommodation was excellent, everything needed for the stay was provided and the rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We arrived early after a 6 hour drive and expected we’d have to wait around a few hours until check in but we were surprised to notice that the key had been made available a lot earlier which was lovely. The property is in an ideal location for exploring the beaches and coves on the Lizard peninsula....

"What a wonderful gem! The accommodation is as lovely as the pictures show. Very clean and spacious and has everything you need including some outdoor space. We were pleasantly surprised by this place and it’s one of our favourite properties to date. The location is absolutely superb. Lovely trail walk to the coastal trail but secluded enough that it’s quiet and private. There’s a trail across the fields to get to a great little pub with excellent food. "We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Our room was lovely, very well equipped, and had a beautiful view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and all the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious and clean with plenty of room for our family of four plus a large dog, opening out onto a small patio area and garden. The pool was small but welcoming and a treat for the children. The breakfast was outstanding and all staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable amd satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend."

"The only thing wrong is that the hotel needs upgrading, there were stains on the carpet in reception, as well as in the bar area, in some of the rooms as well. if you are an older guest or have mobility problems the room that we were in, had a bath, with a shower over but I could not access, no room to sit on the toilet as the basin was too close to the toilet and had a nasty crack in it. No lift to access our room, just a staircase which I have a job to use as I have severe arthritis. My fault I should of asked about disabled facilities."

"We had a wonderful stay at Mount View Hotel and would highly recommend it. The free parking for guests was a huge bonus and something we really appreciated. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, with a great selection and everything was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and efficient, always happy to help with a smile. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it easy to explore Penzance and the surrounding attractions. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay with our family. The value for money is outstanding and hard to beat. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!"

"Unfortunately there was no air-conditioning in our cosy double. However, on mentioning this, a staff member produced a second larger fan, which sorted the problem. Breakfast menu was very good. Cooked breakfasts well presented. Husband missed Granola! Waitresses lovely. Coffee machine a good one. Views from restaurant beautiful. Good location for everything, including public transport."
