"The best part of the location is that the entire property is in it's natural state. The retreat blends in with the surrounding landscape. Why anyone would cut down the trees, fill in the swamp land to build a seawall, then build a giant house and have a yard to mow is beyond me. Kudos to the owner for respecting what makes the place a beautiful place to stay."

The property is at the top of what seems to be an apartment complex with about 7 other units with tenants. It is a small unit, with a very cohesive interior design with beautiful updated fixtures. The cottage is located in a great location close to many hotspots for birding and nature exploring. "We were in the area for a local fishing tournament, Rock the Dock. The house was in a perfect location to all our favorite fishing spots and it was super nice to be able to use the boat dock. The house was clean and well stocked. Loved the upstairs porch area, but the best part was the downstairs outside swing. Yard was nicely manicured and enough parking for several vehicles. Property manager responded promptly to any questions. We will definitely rent again in the near future!!"

"John was super easy to work with and answered all questions quickly. The house was clean and quiet. We were there for graduation at FSU so did not get to enjoy the river or the area but would love to go back. We did go to Trident Restaurant in Panacea per his suggestion and it was awesome. "This has been one of my favorite properties. The owner was easy to reach, the property was modern yet rustic and clean. We stayed there while visiting my daughter at FSU and it was only a half hour away. Took a day trip to Panama City, which was two hours away, but mostly enjoyed, the property itself. We went hiking and really enjoyed ourselves. There is even a Publix nearby. We loved it. "
