Cozy and Modern Cottage with hot tub and outdoor sauna

Welcome to our oasis retreat, a stylish and modern place perfect for groups and families just 5 min drive from Port Franks Beach and 15 min away from Grand Bend. Enjoy a relaxing spa experience with hot tub, sauna, yoga on the beautiful backyard, relax in the morning by the pond with a coffee. For families the cottage features a trampoline, swings, playground, hammocks, 4 TVs, Pacman Arcade, bicycles, it has it all to entertain adults and kids.

Kitchen/dining: kitchen is well equipped for cooking needs, Stainless steel appliances, airfryer, panini grill, fridge with water and ice and of course plenty of coffee and tea.

Living room: high ceiling room features leather sectional/recliner, 65" Flat TV with WiFi and Netflix. 3 more additional TVs in the house, Playstation 3, board games, Pacman arcade, lots of toys available for kids.
There is also an office set up for those who need to work remotely (with a monitor available (ask if you need it), just bring your laptop.

Outdoor space: 2 outdoor seating areas, outdoor heater for colder days, firepit station with cozy Muskoka chairs, hot tub with gazebo, newly added outdoor sauna (towels and robes complimentary included for bookings 3 nights and up) hammocks, tree swings (ninja obstacle), 15 ft trampoline, bicycles, outdoor games, beach chairs.

You will absolutely love the place, it has everything you need: laundry detergent, detergent for dishwasher, hand soap etc. Included for your stay to use if needed, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, sugar, honey, maple syrup, salt, spices, cooking oil, ketchup, mustard etc.

Everything about this cottage was great! The inside was lovely and had a lot of space and sleeping areas for our growing family. The outside dining area, hot tub, sauna, trampoline, and backyard were also enjoyed by everyone. The neighbourhood was quiet and just a quick five minute drive to beautiful Port Franks Beach. The hostess was very easy to get in contact with and helpful.

Amazing week in Port Franks!

This is a great property with many amenities for young and old! Very clean! Plenty of space for my extended family of 9 people, and the main floor bed and bath is great if you have guests that have trouble with stairs. We loved the hot tub, sauna, and easy access to the community centre pickle ball courts. It’s a quick drive to the beach too! We will stay here again, we had a wonderful week with many memories made. The host Andreea gave great directions and was easy to communicate with.

Something for everyone

We had an awesome stay at Andreea's cottage. The beach is amazing and we were never bored back at the cottage, with so much to do and such wonderful spaces to relax. It is a great spot for families and Andreea was very accommodating.

Golf Tournament Stay

The property was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals before and after our tournaments. The outdoor space was ideal and 5 bedrooms gave everyone their own space. Highly recommended for a group trip.

Five rooms across 3 floors assured everyone had their own space when they needed it. The hot tub was a great bonus. Three kitchen was sized for one person to serve a family. This place is built for outdoor entertaining.

Beautiful home in a great location

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The home is comfortable with enough bedrooms to accommodate all of us. The outdoor space is beautiful. We were able to meet our host when we arrived as he was working in the gardens at the time. He was very friendly and spent some time with us to show us how to find the beach. The neighbour was also very nice and was able to sort out some car troubles when we were leaving.

Girls Getaway

This property was perfect for our group because we all had our own bedroom. The dining & living rooms gave us lots of space to socialize. We did find the kitchen a little small when there were a few of us working in the kitchen. The owner was very accommodating when we called her about a few missing things. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing cottage

This cottage was amazing beyond our expectations. It was absolutely spotless and beautiful and modern inside. It was so well equiped with everything we needed and more. It was our family vacation with kids ranging from 7 to 2 and they had so much fun as the huge garden had a trampoline and swimgs and other things for them. For the adults there was a spotless hot tub and sauna. The host Andreea and her husband were always available on the phone and let us know there was lots of other equipment available for us to use bikes beach chairs etc. The house setting was beautiful in a quiet spot but close to the beach and a short drive to Grand Bend. I would definitely recommend this cottage. It is also very spacious for a large group. I dont think we could have found a nicer cleaner more well equiped cottage and we hope to go back next year.

Great cottage saves rainy weekend

We visited this cottage from Friday to Sunday on the last weekend of March 2025. There were 9 of us and the cottage was big enough to host. The cottage, the property, the amenities were all incredible and on working order. The instructions provided by the host were thorough and made the weekend way easier. Outside of a few breaks in the rain, we actually got rained on all weekend. The outdoor area had shelters for the hot tub and table on the deck. They also had screens which was huge for keeping us dry. We used everything. The microwave, the stove, the coffee machine, the hot tub, the fire pit, the sauna, indoor fireplace, the central vac, the bbq, the outdoor lighting. Everything about this cottage was great. The host always responded to my messages quickly. I cannot recommend this cottage enough. If the weather was better we would definitely have utilized the bikes and beach equipment. Definitely next time!

Beautiful cottage/home

The property was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The cottage is fully renovated top to bottom and furnished beautifully. The only negative would be it’s proximity to the lake, we prefer to be lake front when we rent a cottage. The property is very family friendly with lots of green space and areas for kids. The deck is very large and comfortably furnished
