Updates, spacious home in quiet neighborhood.

Short drive from the Pinery, Grand Bend, several beaches, and wineries. Enjoyed walks in the quiet neighborhood, home-based bakery a few doors down, backyard firepit and hot tub, and beautiful sunsets just a 5-minute drive away.

Great place for group or larger family

Cottage beautiful and clean, renovated, really cool game room - kids loved it! Property is really big, large out door space with lots of activities and large clean indoor space. Beautiful interior and all the things you need to be comfortable. Would absolutely return!

Great weekend away

We had a few ladies away for a girls weekend. The house was lovely and clean. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. So lovely, the beds were so comfy. Truly lovely.

Great house for a group

We spent a winter weekend here with 3 families and absolutely loved it! Very clean and well appointed, with extra thoughtful touches by the owners. The video games and board games were put to good use!

Girls weekend fun

Every Victoria Day weekend since 1983, we have cottaged together. This cottage was perfect. Clean, accessible, stocked with special items. The owner is very thoughtful. The only thing we wished is that the cottage was closer to the beautiful private beach.

Great stay in a lovely town

We had a really great time in Port Franks and would love to return. The house has everything, is well furnished, and is very well taken care of. It's a short drive to the beach and we couldn't have asked for anything more.

Lovely Place!

We stayed with a group of 9 friends for the weekend and had a fabulous time. The home had everything we needed, was clean and nicely decorated, had lots of space, and a great backyard!

The best get away!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time away at this amazing cottage! This beautiful place is well equipped for families. We had amazing weather and were able to enjoy the fire pit and comfy Muskoka chairs while our kids played for hours on the backyard play equipment. We played games on the large dining table, enjoyed the covered porch with rocking chairs and relaxed in the hot tub. This place is a must visit rental for families who want space for their large group. The added bonus was extremely comfortable beds!

Wonderful winter weekend getaway

Our weekend getaway home was very comfortable and spacious enough for four couples to have a wonderful couple of days together. Plenty of space, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked ... absolutely no complaints. The owner was very responsive to all questions we had prior to our arrival. We'd stay here again.

A Great Easter Getaway

I can not recommend this cottage enough! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described if not better. The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with every little detail taken care of. The grandchildren especially loved the back yard, the game room and the gaming chairs. Everyone loved the hot tub!The location was perfect, peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to the beach. It was the ideal spot for a relaxing weekend getaway, hiking, reconnecting with nature.It truly felt like a home away from home.

Great family spot

This is our second time staying here! Such a great house! With lots to keep the kids entertained. The house is clean and spacious, beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need! The location is perfect and close to everything. Our only suggestion would be to have a dresser in each of the bedrooms for more storage space

Great place

Family getaway for the week. The accommodations were great and just as described. Well equipped for the younger kids and great entertainment center for the older ones. Only draw backs was the distance to the beach and the mosquitoes. But a great vacation home.

It was a great experience. All 5 of us ladies had a wonderful weekend. Accommodations were great.

The house was perfect for all of us. Loved the room sized & beds were comfortable. Clean open concept & nice big kitchen with comfortable chairs & lots of seating. The games room was fun too. Hit tube was warm & easy to use. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful rental

Beautiful rental! Had everything we needed and more! Dish washer was hard to use but it was most likely user error. Super clean and smelt great! A little too much chlorine in the hot tub was burning our eyes but it was nice and hot and relaxing!

Great Stay

3 generations of family stayed here for a long weekend around my son's wedding. The 5 bedrooms were spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a lot of seating and a fun recreation room. I enjoyed having my coffee on the covered front porch, and wine on the back deck. The home was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area!

Comfie and clean!

Loved this cottage - wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy this amazingly warm September weather! We went to the beach almost everyday - though parking was a challenge on the weekend. You do need to bring your own beach chairs etc. Amazing enclosed yard (both front and back) as well as games room for kids! Little Boos bake shop just down the street was an added bonus on the weekend! We would definitely come back and stay again!

Great family experience

Our family of 8 adults and 3 kids under 3 found the accommodation worked well. Our nearly 3 year-old grandson had a great time on the trampoline and the games room provided a quieter play space. Girlfriend's 50th Celebration!

The rental was very welcoming, clean and spacious. We loved the hot tub and the games room. The owners were very generous in leaving us complimentary water, sparkling water, sweets and popcorn. The beds were extremely comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had all that you would need and the appliances worked well. The water pressure was unremarkable. Location was amazing. Close to Grand Bend, trails, pinery. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Exceeded Expectations

Flavius was an excellent host from communication, to location and the property had everything we needed. My friends and I had a ton of fun playing with the entertainment room, the hot tub, and using the fire pit. In addition, the cleanliness of the property was in excellent condition.
