Staff was accommodating. Room was clean with exception of toilet seat. Grateful for the A/C as I was there during June heatwave. Location and neighborhood was fabulous for getting to the trains ,parks for walking and some good spots to eat.

Everything was good! Just extremely noisy. If you want to sleep this is not the place to stay. I called management to let them know one of the other clients had extremely loud music. They did help but management was extremely rude to me on the phone. The manager started yelling at me because I was asking for another room to be able to sleep.

A friend and I stayed four nights in London after a tour. This Riu hotel is conveniently located beside Victoria Station, The neighborhood is safe and walkable. The hotel room was comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom is large and convenient with space for cosmetic bags and hooks to hang towels. The lobby area is attractive. We did not have much contact with the hotel personnel, because none was necessary, The breakfasts are varied and plentiful. All in all, it was a very nice stay.
