"This would be my second time staying at Sonesta and enjoyed very much so I made it a point that I would stay again. We enjoyed 2 nights and found the room top notch . I can’t leave out to mention the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I visit Denver at least once a year and I know I will definitely be staying here again:)"

"Everything was great except the shower water. It would go from burning hot to freezing without touching the knob. The front desk said that they would look into it and was responsive. They may have but I had to leave quickly in the morning without testing it. Overall a great experience just one mishap. The staff was fantastic though!"

"We stayed during a period of renovations so we couldn’t use the gym and the dining area/ bar was under construction. The pool did not look clean so we didn’t use it. However, the location was amazing. The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was amazing, clean and spacious. We loved having a kitchenette. The bathroom was amazing and the shower was so big and spacious. We really loved our stay here."

"First of all they did not have a room when I arrived and also told me that my card was declined by hotels.com which I new was not right. After chatting with a rep from hotels.com which I had to do standing at the check in window where there are no chairs (I am disabled and have the use of only one hand) the clerk finnaly said something in not very good English and handed me a key thru the slot in the window. I went to the room which had no tv, no towels and the heat/ac did not work. I was exhausted from the day so I played down on one of the beds and tried to rest for a while. There was all kinds of commotion going on in the parking lot so that did not work. Finnaly I just got back in my car and drove on to the place where I had a meeting and napped in my car until time to see who I was there to meet. I stay in a lot of hotels and honestly I have never experienced anything like this before. Especially when I booked through this website. I have not looked yet to see how much I was charged or anything like that and it really does not matter. That particular hotel should not even be a option on the web site, I do not know how a hotel gets listed here but I would suggest that they do a better job of selecting the properties they list. I have 25+ years in the hotel and hospitality industry and I have never seen a property so poorly managed and maintained and still be allowed to have a license to operate. There is clearly a breakdown somewhere in the system."

"Location to Red Rocks, a 10 min drive was terrific. Light rail 1 blk away but we didn’t use. Other businesses were easily accessible to this property. Off street parking easy & safe. Adequate kitchen items. Toaster would have been nice perk. I wouldn’t recommend for large adults as the bedroom & bathroom & shower are very cramped. Shower spigot dripped from the time we arrived. Shower valve handle was loose & once the water temp was set right handle easily came detached. He was able to put handle back on in order to shut shower off. BR sink handle - hot side needs attention as it’s difficult to turn off. I didn’t find all spaces to be clean. Though bedding was clean & double mattress was comfortable even for 2 avg size adults. Generally spaces, fixtures & furniture were on the tired side. We appreciated being able to check in 1 hr early. "
