It’s neighborhood location is great, with easy access to walking trails, parks and shopping. The restaurant recommendations in the welcome book were spot on, and l particularly enjoyed the Corner House Pizza Pasta Bar, a short walk away."

"Parking in the garage made things so easy, the unit was as presented--very comfortable, clean and relaxing to be in while we were there. Our stay was short, so we didn't use the laundry, but for an extended stay or for one that included lots of outdoor activity, the laundry would be a big plus. The Belmar area has lots of great stores and restaurants, and our trip to Red Rocks was a highlight. Great area, nice place to be while there."
