Gîte du Petit Escamps - LALBENQUE

Quercy house from 1772 located in a small hamlet 2 km from the Commune of Lalbenque famous for its truffle market (every Tuesday afternoon from December to March). This restored gîte of 80 m2, in stone and exposed beams, combining old and new, will seduce you with its boletus enjoying an unobstructed view of the countryside from its small terrace. In the surroundings, many tourist sites are to be discovered: the medieval city of CAHORS and its mythical Pont Valentré, the famous village of St CIRQ LAPOPIE classified among the most beautiful villages of France, the caves of Pech Merle, as well as the Lot valley with its vineyard .... Hiking enthusiasts, many paths accessible from the cottage await you, and in the evening, you can fully enjoy an ideal setting for rest. In a word, you are here in a space where history, nature and the art of living await you. Gite adjoining the owners. Ground floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m) with independent access and indoor and outdoor access, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Upstairs: Living room - kitchen area, living room, bathroom (Italian shower ), WC. A spiral staircase leads to the bedrooms. Gas central heating throughout the gîte. Internet available from the owner. Shared washing machine in a small room on the ground floor. Half closed ground.

Très joli gîte au milieu d' un superbe jardin. Rien ne manque .Sanitaires et literie d' excellent confort.Une seule réserve : pour des personnes âgées, l' escalier interieur(chambres/toilettes) est malaisé. L' accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux et discret
