I would only ask if possible if the hotel could provide the set menu for your stay, just so you know what you are having for your dinner in advance. The staff and the chef were so lovely. The staff made us feel very welcome and had some great tips on good things to see and do in Corfu. You are close to the airport so expect to hear planes...

"Nice and spatious flat in the heart of Corfu town. However, it was quite noisy due to being so close to the touristy area and we could also hear a constant noise (some sort of water pump) within the building or nearby. Another thing to note is that there is no regular housekeeping. Upon request, someone did come on the 4th day (we stayed for 8 nights) to change the bedding and towels and take out the trash.
