"Our good friends daughter was getting married at the Fern Hall Estate and we did not like the hotel options provided. We couldn’t have had a better weekend. "We had the BEST experience!! Leah was extremely helpful!! It has great amenities if ur looking to stay and enjoy each others company without having to entertain anybody. "Need a place to stay while my daughter and I attended a camp nearby. the location was convenient to town and there were perks to the apartment including a pool, it was rather dirty. Lots of insects (not because it was in the mountains but because of caretaking). It was rather dirty, enough that my kids commented on that. It also had some rather easy repairs that were needed yet left undone. The apartment smelled of weed in certain areas which was a turnoff."

"This estate provided a wonderful experience for our annual Family Reunion (four generations). The lodging was spacious, comfortable, and flowing. The back deck, off the main house, was the popular gathering spot. And the oversized kitchen and great-room in the entertainment house was fantastic for our dinners and post dinner gatherings. "We had an amazing time at hilltop farmhouse. We had our annual family girls weekend. The house has fantastic amenities and the pool was absolutely perfect! Plenty of bedrooms for everyone and Matt was absolutely fantastic to work with! He met us at the house and showed us around. The only thing I would mention is bring some extra blankets with you as they didn’t have any in the house. Highly recommend!"
