"The property was pretty clean (sans the futon) and it was nice to be able to use the garage. Owner knows there is an issue using the code to the front door but we got the garage code quickly once we reached out to them. Not sure that 12 people could stay, maybe 10, but definitely a nice location. We're able to walk to the lake and restaurants safely and easily, only took about 10-15 minutes. Great for the one night we stayed, but would have been comfortable there for a longer stay. "

We use a lot of vacation rentals and this place by far had the best stock of kitchen gadgets and spices you need for a small or a large family. House was very clean and very spacious. "The host was great. She communicated well. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and cookware. Host has a folder to read upon check in that is very informative. A little long but informative. The only think I wish we had know was that the back yard is not flat. It has a slope which make lawn games difficult for our aging family. So just know it had a gradual slope. "
