Cozy, fun home near the lake. Great for a summer or winter get away. Central to restaurants, grocery store, gas station and coffee shops. 5 minute walk to fishing pond , park, and 30 minute drive to Bear Lake Hot Springs, marina is less than 3 miles and 7.9 miles to Beaver Mountain Ski Lodge. House includes large outdoor space with fire pit and plenty of room for boat parking. Place stocked with dishes, pans, paper products, shampoo, soap, beach chairs and sand toys. Perfect house for a wonderful family getaway. Recording cameras, 1 located above the front entryway continuously recording. 2 others facing fire pi Not to monitor guests but to monitor property when not hosting. Lic# 013201

Perfect Bear Lake Stay

Quiet Beach Getaway

We had a lovely time at this cute little home in Garden City. Great location with a short drive to great beach access at Bear Lake. Everything was exactly as pictured in the listing and even had great instruction of how they would like everything tidied upon our check out date. I would recommend this property to any small group of friends or small families looking for somewhere cozy to rest at the end of a long day at the beach.

We loved everything about this rental. It was close to the Garden City Park, which has a boardwalk with beach access. We used the firepit for a hot dog roast. It was clean and exactly how it was listed.

Incredible Stay

The home was cozy with wonderful character. The location is so nice, especially with how much we went to the boardwalk at the Garden City Park. Lydia was responsive and incredibly helpful whenever we had a question. We look forward to staying here again soon!
