"The room was ok there where areas that have really been over looked. There was 4 towels in the room including floor mat and face towels. Half a roll of T.P and no extras, that was fun to find out in the middle of the night. Called front desk multiple times and nobody answered. There was no breakfast or coffee nothing. Found house keeping gave the old towels and asked for housekeeping, nondoor sign. Came back to the room to no housekeeping and no new towles. Now there was some food things proximity to Jazz fest, bed was comfy, and it was quiet."

"The front desk staff were awesome and very friendly. Checking in/out and parking were all very easy. Convenient location very close to the mall, stores, and restaurants. It was only about a 15 minute drive to the French Quarter and Jazz Fest. Highly recommend. "

"This hotel is a rip off. Same class hotels next to this property charge half of the price and they have the sane exact rooms and amenities. I am not sure what makes them feel so special and worth the price they charge. Its a third class hotel with zero amenities.they charge $400 for a studio at least put a bottle of water in there!! Will never stay there again. Oh be careful, they will charge your card $8 parking fee even if you don’t have a vehicle "

"Everything was very nice. If getting in late it is a little hard to find the street. Every easy to get in, park, and find your room. Nice kitchen area. Accommodations excellent for two. Would stay there again."
