Holiday Homes in Lakeside

"Ziggy's is the perfect place for a relaxing, peaceful stay in the pines. We loved watching the wild horses across the road. The 6 huge bluejays playing in the trees. Even in the rain you can sit on the porch and enjoy nature. The hosts are wonderful. They communicated efficiently and warned us of bears bacause we had our dogs. There was a small bear that ran through the front yard without harm. The backyard and porch are fully fenced for dogs and kids and there are security lights too. The house is super clean and maintained well. Comfy beds, plenty of linen, a huge dining table, and a firepit outside were some of the many amenities we liked. We appreciated the super cute, warming, inviting decor and convenient location. We have stayed at many places over many years, in the Show Low, Pinetop, Lakeside area and this has become our favorite and the only one we will plan to stay at again!! Absolutely loved it!"

"Good location, comfortable home"

"This property was beautiful, tranquil, and we loved our stay on the lake. The home is large and the beds and sheets are really comfortable. Jose, the handyman was very responsive and kind, and our doggies loved hanging out on the large covered patio. There are grocery stores and great restaurants nearby. The community is gated with lovely homes and welcoming neighbors provided guests are not noisy. I would have given 5 stars for everything except for a few things of which I spoke to the property manager who was responsive after a few attempts to reach her. Despite the manager saying the bathroom toilet in the primary bedroom had been fixed, it was very slow and intermittently had to be flushed twice. The 2 grills and the oven where dirty and we didn't use the grills at all. There were very few towels and washclothes which were provided after we asked. The TV offers very few channels and the internet is quite slow (we were told it's slow in many locations in Pinetop-Lakeside.) We did not have access to the large garage and there was 1 inch hail The kayaks could use some ropes to attach to the dock.Still we enjoyed our stay immensely and the manager suggested she would address these few issues. "

"We arrived in town around noon and were hoping we could check-in early. The lady behind the desk was happy to help & she did! Very clean hotel and room. We go to Pinetop every year and will return to this hotel every time moving forward."

"We love this VRBO, it is a quaint, very cool neighborhood. You can walk to a local music venue that play on Saturday evening. Woodland lake is VERY close as well. It is so QUIET here - just birds and Squirrels. One more thing -- We loved the afternoon rains. "

"The staff was so very nice the first morning there one of our vehicles broke down and they were so helpful helping us find a mechanic who was able to get our truck back to us the same day. "
