"We had a spacious room with a stunning view over the Riverside Park and the Detroit River. It was nicely furnished and looked recently updated. The staff were all very nice and helpful. There is an adjacent parking garage with a covered walkway. The attached River Room restaurant was good too. My only suggestions are as follows: 1 - offer a choice of pillows. Feather pillows do not provide good support. 2 - put grab bars in all the shower, not just in the "accessible" bathrooms. Also, I would have much preferred a room with a tub, but did not see that option when booking."

"I like to stay at the Best Western when I visit Windsor. The location is great, lots of parking, nice restaurant and great view. The rooms are comfortable, not fancy and the bathroom dated, but clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is good in the restaurant. Having stayed in most of the main hotels downtown and along the waterfront, it is my preferred."
