"You simply cannot fault this property. From the moment you drive up its winding drive and enter the main living area, the wow factor just kicks in! The views, peacefulness and facilities are out of this world. Rooms are spotless & your host Lou can’t be more helpful or do enough for you. Breakfast is exquisite made from produce on the retreat. We wouldn’t hesitate to return if back this way and nobody would ever leave this place disappointed. If you do, there must be something wrong with you !! "
"We needed a house on this side of Rotorua for a mixed group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. This mix of beds was perfect for us, saves sharing with a teenager!!!!Was very quiet with a fantastic outlook "

"Country Vibes suited all our needs. The location was perfect for visiting the many sites in and around the Rotorua area. Groceries were available about 10 min away and both Hobbiton and the Waitomo caves were about an hour away.The house was spacious, very clean and airy with a well stocked kitchen. We were delighted to have fresh eggs from the owners’s chickens and milk in the fridge upon arrival. It was fun to look out the windows and see the horses."
"We had a wonderful time sitting outside watching the birds, People, fishermen and dogs. Such a beautiful location with a walkway around the lake that you could easier walk to the small downtown. Grocery, drugstore, restaurants were within walking distance. Everyone was friendly. The kitchen was stocked for breakfast and had everything you would need to cook. It was great to be able to wash your clothes and put the drying rack outside. Close to so many things that it was the perfect place to stay "
"Our hosts Danny & Mabel were highly attentive and their property is a wonderfully secluded villa amongst the vibrant landscape of Aotearoa New Zealand. Mabel’s morning breakfast is a delight with various fruits and jams all coming from the garden. The proximity to central Rotorua is also within a 15 minute drive. This location is highly recommended.
