Really beautiful, extremely clean, completely modernized. Lovely bathroom, soft fluffy towels, and really sweet staff, all of them-apart from the women working the SPA desk the day we checked in. Really awful attitude. I asked if they had any availability for any treatments and she was just rude. I get it they were pretty booked up but she couldn’t even be bothered to look at me to answer. She put a real damper on the whole stay.

I found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly, and the location is extremely convenient not only to LAX but also to nearby freeways and local amenities. The property itself is well-maintained... I highly recommend!
