Very clean. Too warm, I guess in New Zealand there are no screens for windows to allow fresh air. The people next door sounded like they were in the room with me. It served its purpose but was a little expensive for what I needed.

nice and new, Very clean, bed was comfy. Great for those who don't wish to eat/prepare meals on site. Suggest you Take spoon/stirring sticks to stir the sugar or creamer in the provided tea coffee or chocolate drinks.Worked ok for a 1 night stay.

It’s ok, and I realise it’s a premium location but it’s a small room with large west facing patio style doors and no air con. I would not recommend on a sunny summer’s day. Fridge and basic tea making facilities provided. Now has tea spoons!

This room is tiny. The large window/sliding door lets in all the heat and there is no A/C to cool it off, just and under-powered fan to blow the hot air around. You can’t leave the door or wi Dow open as the insects flock in. The ensuite is fine but the shower is tight. The walls are thin so unfortunately you hear all the movement from next door.
