We had incredible stay at this property. It is a perfect location to the beach and many restaurants. The place was clean and any questions I had were answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again!
The cabin is absolutely gorgeous! The host was very friendly and was available to answer our questions quickly! Touched base with us throughout our stay which was so nice! Top notch for sure! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!
We all gathered near our Kings Beach Family home on Mashie and it was great to be able to book a home close by!

Beautiful Home with Modern Amenities
This is a modern home with great amenities and appliances. We were a group of three couples that enjoyed the proximity to Kings Beach, local ski resorts, and well stocked kitchen. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The house was clean and the location was great. Communication with the property managers was awesome and the check in and check out process was easy. The rooms downstairs were colder than ideal so be aware of that. They only thing the house is missing is a hot tub :)
Love the house! Open floor plan, lots of windows, close to the beach and hiking trails. Super clean! Fast internet and Apple TV in living room and master bedroom.
We had a very memorable trip to Lake Tahoe. The house was perfectly located in Kings beach. The walk to the beach was very hilly with some sections lacking side walks. The distance from the beach made the house private and quiet. The house was driving distance to restaurants and the grocery store. The house was super clean and fully stocked. Things to note are the soft beds and pillows . Our party preferred firmer beds but it wasn’t a game changer. Also, since we came in the middle of the summer, not having an air conditioning unit in the bottom rooms was slightly uncomfortable even with the windows open until it got cooler in the night. All of our communications with property management were professional and prompt. The grill was perfect for easy meals and the propane was full with an additional refill if needed. Overall, I couldn’t have imagined a better base for all of our adventures around Tahoe and highly recommend this house!
In general, this house worked great for a group of friends in town for a wedding. The house was clean, beds were comfy, and everything was as described. There were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc. It's about a 15 minute walk or quick drive to Kings Beach, and easy drive to
Incline Village and other areas. There are also some nice hikes within a 5-10 minute drive. There's a convenient Safeway grocery store nearby, too.
A few small things made the stay imperfect - cleaners showed up at 9:30am on our last day, as we were still packing up to leave. Some things were broken in the house - like towel racks, toilet paper holders, etc. Also, most similar houses I've rented at least have oil and other basics for cooking - while it was nice to have a clean empty fridge and clean kitchen, I wish these things were provided so we didn't have to purchase every last thing if we wanted to cook. Also, management communication was spotty pre-check in - some emails weren't returned and some questions were asked multiple times. None of these are dealbreakers; I'd still recommend staying in this house for a family or friends trip to Tahoe.

Average
We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to my brother who lives in King's Beach couldn't be beat!
We did appreciate the responsive assistance provided by Joseph regarding the TV (Firestick) and the ironing board.
However, in general, there are some maintenance related issues that really should be addressed to improve the quality of the stay.
1. Properly functioning TV/Entertainment - The instructions provided in the email were not relevant, as none of the Apple TVs functioned properly. In the living room , the Apple TV wasn't even connected to HDMI2. I'm a fairly tech savvy person, but the TV/entertainment would be nearly impossible for someone who was not tech savvy to use.
2. Towels - No washcloths (for showering) were provided. For any additional towels, we did have to go searching through cabinets, closets for extra towels. As a guest, it would be nice if there were some towels easily accessible, just like a hotel.
3. Bed - The white bed in the downstairs guestroom is essentially inhabitable. When one lays/sits, the bed completely sinks down to the coils.
4. Cookware - The kitchen needs a new frying pan. The pan in the kitchen is completely worn and leaves residue on food. It would be really nice if there were a couple different sizes to work with as well.
5. General tidiness and cleanliness - For example, the patio and patio furniture were covered with leaves, debris, etc. I understand the setting is in the trees, but if the cleaning crew was there just an hour or so before this had not been addressed.
Hoping these items are addressed before our return stay in November.
Thanks,
Samantha

We enjoyed our stay we will be back for sure
The communication was great and the house is spotless we even extended our stay due to weather conditions. We enjoyed our stay we will be back for sure!
The house was great, very clean and well appointed. Everthing about it was perfect for our family. Kings Beach is a fun walkable town. My only suggestion is that they may want to choose a darker rug next time, the light colored rug shows the dirt a little too easily. We would definitely stay there again.
Everything About this place is amazing! You won’t regret booking this place!
It’s nice to stay at a property that has everything you need weather it’s summer or winter. Went up for the snow, but will be coming back to this spot for summer! Close to snow sledding in the winter and and close to the lake for summer!!!
We were really pleased with this property. Lots of space to relax, a couple of TVs for different viewing tastes' ;-), and a quiet neighborhood. For a summer stay, keep the windows/curtains closed during the day and open all night. I was pleased with responsiveness of the staff to our needs and questions regarding the area. Just wish we had stayed longer!!
