INSIDE THE HOME

MAIN FLOOR
As you enter the home you'll find a large, soaring vaulted wood beam ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for tons of natural light to flow in throughout the year. On the main floor guests will find a comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining area, as well as two bedrooms and a large deck where you’ll find a hot tub, dining set and BBQ. The two guest bedrooms have a queen bed in one and bunk beds in the other comfortably accommodating five guests. The upper floor has an office space and a bright and spacious primary suite with a king bed, fireplace, a nice four-piece ensuite, and small private patio. The lower floor is the perfect casual family room, with plush, comfortable furniture bunk beds that sleep two and flatscreen TV.

LOCATION + AMENITIES
Located in the Tahoe Donner neighborhood, guests can easily access the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, Tahoe Donner Golf Course and have access to the Tahoe Donner Association’s clubhouse! Both Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe are nearby, and downtown Truckee is an easy drive away.

- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains, this home has a steep driveway.
- We are in a rural part of America, where Google Maps is not always reliable. VRBO uses Google to generate the 'Explore the Area'. Do not rely on this map as it's not accurate.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.

Each eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.  Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free.
