About this property

Palisades Tahoe Condo by the Village

  • The perfect four-season condo for a couple or small family looking to escape to the mountains. This one-bedroom/one-bathroom home is only steps from the Village at Palisades Tahoe with gorgeous mountain views! Park your car and relax as you can walk to the lifts, shops, and restaurants. Lake Tahoe is only a 10-minute drive away if you choose to venture out!

    The condo itself can accommodate up to four people. The living area has a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and comfy seating with an adorable outdoor patio. The kitchen has all the essentials you need to cook up a delicious meal. There is a dining room table that seats six. The master bedroom features a queen bed and added in January of 2022, a set of twin bunk beds. Enjoy waking up each morning in the winter and taking in the beautiful views before gearing up and walking over to the slopes. In the summertime, you are close to many biking and famous hiking trails such as Shirley Canyon. You have the best of both worlds!

    PROPERTY NOTES
    * We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
    * We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
    * We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
    * There is no air conditioning in this rental.
    * Firewood is not provided, but can be purchased at most local shops.
    * Laundry is shared in the building and coin operated. 1 washer / dryer
    * Please note, the property does not have cable TV.
