"For our stay everything was good, staff was very helpful and friendly. Site was well located. Breakfast we didn't use we traveled else where to eat. Parking was available and was close to room. They do not have daily maid service but made available extra towels and other services. Overall, a pleasant stay would book again."

"There are only two areas that need improvement. You must valet. But if you are trying to leave early before they are open, you can't get your car. Number 2 is the coffee bar is not open until 7. Most travelers want to get on the road prior to that. A 6:00 am would be nice."

"We always enjoy our stay at GN hotel. Good choice of restaurants in the lobby. There’s coffee shop. Hotel is very clean and staff are friendly. Newly renovated rooms and big pool with cabanas. Pet friendly of course."

"Had issues with the smart TV not working in 1st room and staff put us in another room, but it was like a sauna - with only a fan, it was rough to sleep. The breakfast option in the lobby was nice. Staff was friendly. Brewery was great with good beer, live music, and good food. Would stay again, but only in cooler months."

"We had a wonderful week long stay! The cabin was the perfect size for the two of us. I selected this property based on its location, the hot tub and access to kayaks. Everything was as expected and very clean. I reached out to the host a few times to ask questions and she was super responsive. Would love to visit again!"

"This unit at Brockway Springs Resort was perfect for our family of 5 vacation! Gorgeous location, right on the shore of the lake, with two decks to sit and relax from. The interior of the house is nice, with a very comfortable living room and dining area and a well stocked kitchen for cooking meals in. Beds are comfortable as well, and bathrooms have towels and bathing products. The resort also has tennis courts and a beautiful pool that sits right above the lake with stunning views.The location is convenient for walking to the town of Kings beach, and it’s a quick drive to Incline Village and not far from Sand Harbor State Park. The only small issue was verifying my identity to the rental company- seemed a bit of an invasion of privacy to require a digital picture of my face profile in order to make sure no one was using my license? Nevertheless, we will rent here again- it is great!!"
