"This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. ✨ As soon as I walked into the lobby, the vibe was amazing — it felt like a trendy club with people genuinely enjoying themselves. Honestly, I didn’t even want to go up to my room after checking in.
The outdoor lounge area was beautiful, cozy, and had such a romantic atmosphere. My room was perfect and I absolutely loved the layout. The furniture was modern, clean, and refreshing — no outdated look or musty hotel smell.
The rain shower was incredibly relaxing, and the bed was soft, plush, and so comfortable. Even though the WXYZ Lounge downstairs was busy and playing music, my room stayed peaceful and quiet the entire night.
I will definitely be staying at the Aloft every time I visit Little Rock. 💕 Hell! I think I will go back to Little Rock just to stay at the hotel. "

"They charge $100 deposit told me it would be refunded then it was not and called to see what was going on and they put it off on my bank when the bank clearly stated deposite of $0 dollars tried to ask what was going on and was still told my bank has a 3 to 5 day hold on it when they did not. Because my bank clearly stated pending deposite for $0. The room we stayed in you could tell the door was kicked in a few different times and did not even shut right. And the repair job was horrible. Very shady when it come to the business side of things. Stayed at a lot nicer and more kept place just a few miles away and it was not as ran down and patch fixed and the deposit was only $25 and got it back the same day we left. Will not be waisting my time here again."
