"Front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. Property looked neat & clean. Very nice area, a lot of restaurants & stores close by. Room was very clean. Digital sign outside hotel flashing an unreadable message - doesn’t change our rating, but would make the hotel look better if it was addressed. "

"We had to be out of our home unexpectedly with 2 dogs with short notice. We were lucky to find a place close to home that would accomodate our pets. We had trouble with the heat and the host was very responsive and helpful and even offered to move us if we continued to have problems."

"The only complaint I have is that I reserved an "accessible" room with a queen bed. When I arrived, all the rooms were either upstairs or downstairs, there was no actual ground floor, and thus no room was fully ADA accessible. Luckily, I can navigate stairs with my disability, it's just painful. But someone who was wheelchair bound would have needed a refund due to the inaccurate listing."
