"All the details to make our stay enjoyable and truly relaxing were thought of ahead of time by the owners. The house is clean, cozy and inviting. All the drawers in the kitchen are labeled so you aren't spending time looking for anything or even trying to remember what drawer the silverware is in. The screened porch at the back of the house is perfect with table chairs and so many seating options to enjoy nature without needing bug spray or sunscreen. The kayaks are in great shape and they have different layouts for a variety of uses (and all the details are on a laminated sign on site)! Easy spot to launch and plenty of wildlife watching available. Will be returning "

"Home was a fantastic birthday getaway for my birthday! It was so serene and peaceful. A quiet Florida getaway! The house was incredibly well stocked with dishes, cookware, coffee, paper products everything! Just come in put your stuff down and get the hot tub going for a great retreat! We felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but still only 20 mins to all the stores, groceries etc. The stars were stunning and the host is incredible! The fire pit, back porch, hammock and hot tub were huge hits!! Pacman battle night was a blast! Everything functions, is clean and ready to have a good time. Charity is amazing! One of the cleanest homes we have rented! She also went above and beyond to ship very sentimental stuffed animals of my sons back to us in the mail!! Thank You! "

"The property was not what was advertised or expected on the VERBO listing, you could only contact host, which was AI, with Zero answers. After booking was given the property owners phone contact and when contacted was told that it was a live in home and shared living, kitchen and bathroom shared with someone staying in one bedroom and the owner in another part of the house. Went and looked at it when arrived in town and left and did not use the property. Owner told me that it was listed on VERBO through a separate company. Very disappointed and had to find another place to stay. The property owner was very nice on the phone and was upset that the listing was misleading"

"We had a great experience! The home was clean, spacious, and the pool and hot tub were perfect for our family. We spent most of our time by the pool or outdoors, but there was plenty of room to play cards and gather inside on a rainy day. The location and home worked well for our spring break trip. Highly recommend!!"

"I had a wonderful stay at the rental. The property was clean and inviting. The back sunroom with the view of Lake Rouseau was a treat. Very relaxing with amazing sunsets. It was a great place to stay to further explore Crystal River and beyond. The check-in process was seamless, and Amy was very helpful and responsive. It was a great place to stay!"

"Terrible. Ended up spending another $1,600 last minute to stay elsewhere. This is not an air bnb or anything similar. It’s is one child size bedroom in a rude old lady’s house. It is intentional false advertising. The “shared bathroom” clause is supposed to have you assume you will be sharing the place with the elderly woman that lives there and whatever guests she has in another room. She called us that day and corrected our grammar and was very rude. Upon arrival, we walked past a living area with white boards everywhere stating rules and what you can and can’t do, stepped over her aggressive dog’s pee pee pads, and were shown to a room with just a few inches of space to move around the bed. The woman claimed we were supposed to infer from the “shared bathroom” clause that we should have known better and to just ignore the strangers coming and going from the other room. Proceeded to be rude and we ended up having to drive nearly 20 mins to Crystal River where it was supposed to be located and get a hotel. "
