There was a bit of miscommunication when it came to the parking and the added on extra that Expedia offered for (Breakfast for two), but the front desk agent Zac went above and beyond to try and make it right. He helped make our experience even better and treated us like family. This is a main reason we will be staying here more in the foreseeable future. "Hotel was average. What brought down the rating was there is no hotel/free parking - it’s all city street or ramp parking. It’s $30/night. There’s also not continental breakfast, just breakfast in the restaurant which was overpriced. "
