"Our train-loving son was absolutely thrilled from the moment we arrived, and the rest of the family had just as much fun. Staying in an actual train car is such a unique experience, and Featherbed Railroad exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail is fantastic—train-themed touches are everywhere, from the bedsheets to the tablecloths, creating a fun and immersive atmosphere that railroad enthusiasts of any age will appreciate. One of our favorite features was the private dock on the lake. It was a beautiful and peaceful place to relax, enjoy the views, and spend time together as a family. The highlight of our stay, however, was the incredible staff. Everyone was exceptionally warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The freshly prepared breakfast each morning was delicious and added a personal touch that made the experience even more special. Oh, did I mention they have a book for you to log your paranormal activities experiences? If you have a train-loving child—or if you’re simply looking for a memorable and unique getaway—we highly recommend Featherbed Railroad."

"Angelique's lakefront resort was wonderful. Our accommodations were right on the lakeshore. My family enjoyed the lake views as well as frolicking in the water. The kitchen is very well stocked and all 10 of us fit comfortably. A bed for everyone. The only issue was a weak internet connection, but we did not miss the Internet with the lake, boat rentals, pickle ball, ping pong, and a nice fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Angelique and Randy are welcoming hosts and work to make your stay comfortable and fun."
