Homeless hanging around in and out of the hotel, no hot water for showers, no bar or restaurant open. Pool not open. Crack pipe in the hallway! Slamming doors all night. Filthy! The entire place reeked of cigarettes and stale booze. Entry doors do not properly close allowing anyone to enter the building. ...
