  • Enjoy this spacious and luxurious home on Lake of the Woods 35 min north of Rainy River, ON & Baudette, MN. Home includes full eat-in kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 11. 2-person Jacuzzi tub in en-suite bath. Seasonal 5-person outdoor hot tub overlooking the lake. Great for fishing (bring your own ice hut/boat and poles). Private boat dock for guest use. Boat launch close by. Home is beautifully furnished and has all amenities you’ll need for an amazing vacation. Oscar’s Bay Beach with white sand and clear shallow water is a 5 minute walk away.

- Turn off all lights except stove light & front door outdoor light - Ensure all doors/windows are closed & locked - return kayaks to garage
- turn hot tub temp. down to 80F - ensure hot tub is covered & locked with key found in kitchen island drawer
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

clean and fillet fish using the sink in the garage only. No hot-pots on counters. Reset D/W by pressing “High Temp Wash” and “Heated Dry” buttons 2x
Hot Tub clip key located in island drawer. Keep Hot Tub covered, locked and remove step when not in use. Clean sand, grass off feet before entering
heated floors are operated by thermostats in multiple different rooms; don’t overheat the home. Electric heating is expensive. Max temp 72F or 22C
