Welcome to our stunning viceroy cottage on Bigwin Island, located in the breathtaking Lake of Bays region of Muskoka. Nestled on a semi-private 1.13-acre lot with breathtaking waterfront views, hardwood forests, and a granite rock wall, this property offers the ultimate in privacy and natural beauty.

The cottage is fully equipped for your island getaway, including two kayaks, two stand-up paddleboards, and a canoe for exploring the bay. Yoga mats for relaxing workouts on the dock. The water trampoline is perfect for kids and a great place to relax on hot days, while the large fire pit is ready for building smores. We also provide two BBQs (one on the dock and one on the deck) and propane for grilling up a delicious feast. Inside, you’ll find a ping pong table, unlimited high-speed WiFi, and a smart TV for entertainment. Life jackets and a hammock are also available for your use.
