Checkin was easy as was our departure. The room was clean and well kept and our only problem was temperature control as it is not possible, because of the unusual (for Switzerland) door which does not have the option to open a little from the top. If visiting in summer and even late autumn as we did we would recommend the Park Vue rooms instead of the City View which we choose, ironically that was to get the evening sun.
