Very good location friendly staffs. The restaurant the food was very good and a great setting but the waiters after they served us the meal disappeared and forgot to bring us our coffee and when it was time to pay I did need to look for a waiter no one was in the dining room. Great room very clean with a nice view of the lake and the Alpes.

Comfortable and clean. Lovely view of the lake. Very limited dining choices. The hotel dining room is good, but I had to take a bus or walk to the center for more choice. Many places were closed on both Sunday and Monday, making it difficult to find a place to eat. Construction noise woke me by 7:30 on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

It's only a few minutes from the station. It was my second time staying there, and I had a good stay this time, too. The scenery from the window was so beautiful and calm, and the breakfast was delicious. All the staff are very kind and pleasant. If I could make a request, it would be more comfortable for me if there were slippers in the room. I hope to come back again.

Lovely Small Hotel

Really nice atmosphere in this hotel and very good evening meal in the restaurant. I bet it’s lovely sitting on the outdoor terrace overlooking the lake on a sunny evening. Shame it was raining when we were there!

Spacious room / suite in annex. AC worked well. Ambiance: concrete bunker. Large windows with nice views. Could use a shelf adjacent to the (tiny) sink in bathroom for toiletries (to avoid placing shaving kit on toilet cover). Good breakfast. A few small adjustments would make this an exceptional room; as is, it’s merely good.

Our second time at this hotel this year wasn't quite as great but still good. We booked a lake view room and ended up in a very uninviting room in a corner on the 3rd floor. I had asked to check in early but the hotel hadn't seen my note, so we ended up running around the city for 3 hours in the rain. Staff was still friendly and the room was very clean. Best thing for this hotel is the convenient location next to the station and the yummy breakfast. If you are sensitive to noise beware. The pation overlooking the lake is hasconstruction work going on. Once this is done, it will surely be remarkable.

Tolle Lage beim Bahnhof

Gutes und schönes Hotel, sehr gut gelegen beim Bahnhof. Mit dem Trolleybus schnell in der Stadt und zurück. Kaum Lärm vom Bahnverkehr. Wunderbare Terrasse mit Blick auf die Stadt und den See.

Hôtel bien situé, proche de la gare. Nous avions une vue magnifique sur le lac , au petit déjeuner c’est juste reposant et parfait . Chambre confortable. Un ventilateur est présent dans la chambre et c’est top. Nous l’avons utilisé et il ne fait pas de bruit . Nous avons très bien dormi, bonne literie. Personnel super. Je recommande .

Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem. Internet schnell. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Bahnhof, man kommt ohne Auto prima klar. Sehr empfehlenswert.
