Very good location friendly staffs. The restaurant the food was very good and a great setting but the waiters after they served us the meal disappeared and forgot to bring us our coffee and when it was time to pay I did need to look for a waiter no one was in the dining room. Great room very clean with a nice view of the lake and the Alpes.

It's only a few minutes from the station. It was my second time staying there, and I had a good stay this time, too. The scenery from the window was so beautiful and calm, and the breakfast was delicious. All the staff are very kind and pleasant. If I could make a request, it would be more comfortable for me if there were slippers in the room. I hope to come back again.

Comfortable and clean. Lovely view of the lake. Very limited dining choices. The hotel dining room is good, but I had to take a bus or walk to the center for more choice. Many places were closed on both Sunday and Monday, making it difficult to find a place to eat. Construction noise woke me by 7:30 on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

I stayed at the new Annex so everything is nice and Zen. There are no toiletries so please take note. It is really just opposite of Neuchatel station separated by a small road. If I were to nickpick, I hope that they can rotate at least one of the dishes at breakfast. I stayed facing the river. Oh, it has air conditioning that works how you want it to be so it will be great for Summer.

Lovely Small Hotel

Really nice atmosphere in this hotel and very good evening meal in the restaurant. I bet it’s lovely sitting on the outdoor terrace overlooking the lake on a sunny evening. Shame it was raining when we were there!

I was not given a lake view. Instead I had a view of a large construction site and the Gare de Neuchatel. The room was clean, but for the price, I should have had a lake view. I am rather discontent overall of my stay here.
