If I were to stay again, I would definitely request a ground floor as I stayed in a room on the 3rd floor and took an average of 5 minutes to get warm water in the shower. You would need to turn it on at least 5 plus minutes before taking a bath. The shower is another thing all together. The bar and restaurant are nice.
