"The room was clean from what you could see but there was a cockroach in the room we ended up killing. Don’t know if they have a problem only saw one but you never know. "

"Overall, I would give this property one star, and that is only because the environment appeared somewhat clean at first glance. I reserved and checked in ahead of time, but the pictures online did not accurately represent what the property actually looked like. When I arrived, there were wet floor signs placed throughout the entire property, and they appeared to be left there constantly and never removed. There were also people roaming around both the front and back areas of the property, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. Another concern was that there was only one entrance and one exit, and several areas were padlocked, which felt unusual and restrictive. When I entered the room that was initially assigned to me (Room 118), I immediately saw a large cockroach on the floor as soon as I walked in. The room also had a strong unpleasant odor, and the mop water smell was very noticeable and off-putting. Because of the overall condition and how uncomfortable I felt, I checked out the very next morning even though I had originally booked a three-day stay. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property."

"The staff were friendly and very advisable when needed. The rooms where clean, and neat. Also the breakfast was great to get out day started. 10/10 recommend."

"The room had several issues. The light did not work on the ceiling fan. The vents for the air condition was very filthy which made it very hard for us to breathe and coughing all night long.. No microwave, on the second day, we asked about that. It was delivered and just sit there without being plugged in. Staff was very lazy, not accommodating. Problems with smoked detectors, not having the battery changed and beeping . Wifi kept falling off T.V. when you ask staff to bring towels, they tell you, they will. And then never show up with them. Mattress, very uncomfortable. All of them are super soften. Was nothing like I and my family expected. People working there on the staff smoking all over the place. The experience was horrible."

"Parking is very tight. The room was clean. Breakfast was ok, nothing great. The receptionist when we checked in was cold and not friendly. Would not make eye contact and seemed annoyed to have to check us in. The woman at check-out was the polar opposite. She was so happy and smiling. Very personable and kind. "

"I think they had given me someone else's room because there were belongings in the bathroom and on the counter. The new room was old and outdated with blonde and black hair in the tub and on floor. The breakfast was over by 815am, this room was subpar and I would rather pay the extra 40 to stay at the Holiday Inn Express than stay here again."
