"The biggest plus of the hotel was its staff. Every single person I spoke to was polite and very helpful. They tried really hard to make sure I understood them. This is very important and makes a huge difference to how good the experience is. The hotel was clean byt it is a litte dated. Good option to stay for one night before or after your flight."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Dino in Baveno. the location was exellent-just a short walk to the ferry terminal, making it easy to explore the Borromean Islands and the surrounding towns. We even a dinner in Switzerland, which was lovely and only a 45 min drive. The restaurant at the hotel was also worth checking out for dinner. One of our favorite features was the beautiful pool. It was such a great treat after a morning of sightseeing. Our room was clean, comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection of items and the staff was great! We would gladly stay there again."

"We thought the hotel’s location, the view, and the breakfast were the best parts of our stay. We will definitely be coming back. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The only small downside was that the restaurant menu had limited options. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience."
