Very nice hotel that was close to my business appointments that had a really relaxed feel with a spacious room. Receptionist was very helpful and gave me a list of nearby restaurants with her personal recommendations.

Brand new very clean and spacious hotel. Strange decor with lots of neon and gym equipment which is not my thing, but the room and bathroom was brilliant. Huge comfortable bed, spacious clean bathroom and efficient air conditioning was much appreciated. Good fresh breakfast too

Superb!

The hotel is new with an underground parking which is great if you have a motorbike. The rooms are large, well equipped and clam. There is a self-service always open with decent prices if you wish a glass of wine or drinks. If you take into account their decent prices, you have for sure one of the best options in the area.

Great hotel

Great place to stay. Rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. They're also spotlessly clean. The staff are very helpful. There's even a honesty bar where you can get sandwiches, snacks, drinks etc.

Excellent hotel spoilt by a simple thing like air

Hotel and breakfast staff were all excellent. Reception staff were a little aloof and either uninformed or lacking in information as didnt seem to know or want to tell us the air conditioning had not been switched on for the hotel when we asked for as the rooms were too hot. Intially led to believe it was a fault with our room then later someone else admitted they have not yet switched it on for the whole hotel despite rooms being over 25 c. Poor.

I sent an email asking the hotel about public transport to get to the hotel and the worker Valentina told me the trains to get I tild her TAXI was not an option. 90 euros taxi 70 euros night at the hotel. To our surprise trains were not working due to maintenance she should have told me. I was till 2 o' clock in the morning picking up buses and trains and there was NO possible way to get to Brunello. I am with a minor it was absolutely horrendous. We had to go to Milan Centrale and obviously find another hotel. I sincerelly think it is misleading propaganda and she should have warned me : THERE IS NO TRAIN WORKING TODAY. IT was no show because of the impossibility to get there. The add should be clear our hotel is for people with a car or people willing to pay 90 euros for a taxi! I will ask for a reimburse because I find this unfair and unacceptable.

Bellissima struttura, accogliente e molto riservata. Le camere sono situate in una costruzione nuova, vicino all’aeroporto. Nel mio caso ho soggiornato per motivi di lavoro, ma la trovo perfetta anche per un weekend o per altre trasferte. Molto comodo il garage di proprietà, ideale per lasciare l’auto in totale sicurezza. Tutto perfetto: erano presenti persino le ciabatte. Che dire… sicuramente tornerò in questa struttura.
